Product information file according to Art. 11 Regulation (EC) 1223/2009

We can compile the product information file for you, as required under Art. 11 of the European Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. We need the following documents from your side:

• Description of the cosmetic product
• Cosmetic Product Safety Report
• Manufacturing method
• Proof of efficacy
• Evidence there has been no testing on animals
• GMP Certificate

The product information file shall be kept by the responsible person for a period of ten years following the date on which the last batch of the cosmetic product was placed on the market.
