Labelling check according to Art. 19 Regulation (EC) 1223/2009

The European Cosmetics Regulation VO (EC) 1223/2009 lists in detail which labelling elements must be applied to a cosmetic product. In addition to the general requirement that the information must be indelible, easily legible and clearly visible, there is mandatory information such as:

• Company name
• Nominal content
• Shelf life
• Special precautions
• Lot/Batch No.
• Intended use
• List of ingredients (according to INCI)
