CPNP notification according to Art. 13 Regulation (EC) 1223/2009

Cosmetic products are registered in the CPNP (Cosmetic Products Notification Portal) of the European Commission prior to being placed on the market. We can also help you with the compilation and reporting of the data collected there. For this purpose, we need the following information from you:

• Category of the cosmetic product
• Name and address of the responsible person
• Country of manufacture and member state in which the cosmetic product is placed on the market
• Information about nanomaterials or CMR substances (carcinogenic and mutagenic substances and substances with reproductive toxicity) present
• Formulation

The data are handled confidentially and are used as sources of information for poison control centres and the competent authorities. In addition to the actual CPNP notification, we would be pleased to assist you with setting up your account on the pages of the EU Commission.
