The effect of applying products intended to influence hair growth or hair loss can be quantified very well using the TrichoScan method. Using TrichoScan HD software (DermoScan GmbH) to assess digital images of a precisely defined area of the scalp, the effect of your product can be demonstrated through a “before and after” comparison. The parameters considered relate, for example, to hair density (hair count per cm2) or the percentage of hair that is in the growth stage.
